Access your account online

What does it mean?

Many of you will be familiar with online banking, so we want to make it easier and more convenient for you to check your account online.  This will allow you to log on to check your rent account from any computer at any time of day, you can also check information on repairs and the contact information we have for you.

How up to date will my rent account be?

The information you see on your rent account will be updated every day.  If you make payments to us through our payment provider partner ‘Allpay’ (e.g. on the website, over the phone, by Direct Debit or at a PayPoint outlet) then it will take two days for the information to show on your account.  For example, if you pay online on Monday, Allpay will tell us about it on Tuesday and it will be applied to your rent account by the end of the day.  This means you will have access to information that is never more than 48 hours old, rather than having to wait three months for a rent statement, or have to contact us during office hours to find out what your balance is.

Is my information secure?

The system is designed to be very secure and there are three bits of information needed to log on.  You will be assigned a secure user name (see below), you will be asked to set up a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and we will then send you a password.

How do I sign up?

Just complete the two bits of information asked for in the ‘Sign up for an online account’ form below and click the ‘Sign up’ button. We will then write back to you with a password and you will be ‘good to go’.  If you would rather complete a paper form please contact the office and we will send one out to you.
