BCHF does not keep its own housing waiting list as we are now part of the new way of letting properties in Bristol called Home Choice Bristol, which is administered by Bristol City Council. It is important that anyone wanting a BCHF home completes a Home Choice Bristol application form.
If you are on the Home Choice Bristol register, you will be able to make bids for council or housing association properties that you are eligible for in any part of Bristol including any of our own.
All properties available are advertised on the internet and every Tuesday in the Bristol Evening Post. Visit the Home Choice Bristol website. Alternatively, you can make an appointment to browse the Home Choice Bristol website and bid for a property online at our offices on Filton Avenue. Any one of our housing staff will be able to assist you. For further information, call 0117 9470501.
