Our commitment to involving residents
BCHF’s slogan ‘More Than Just a Roof’ makes explicit that providing quality services to our tenants, enabling and supporting residents to influence the work of BCHF and the wider community, and helping to create a sustainable neighbourhood is our core business.
There are a number of ways in which residents can work with us to help BCHF improve the services provided to customers and the neighbourhoods where tenants live. The Tenants' Committee is one way of ensuring that tenants' view are well represented and senior managers attend regularly.
