BCHF takes great pride in its areas and we work closely with others who can help ensure your street is kept clean and feels safe. We have been working very hard in Upper Horfield with local residents and partners towards getting a Neighbourhood Quality Mark for the area which we were awarded in February 2010. This is thanks to the work done by the resident Street Reps and partners that come together as part of the Pride of Place Action Group.
Pride of Place Action Group
BCHF offers all of its residents the opportunity to get involved in its popular Pride of Place initiative. Pride of Place, or POP, is a group of residents who volunteer to help to report issues about Clean and Green issues in their area and work with other residents, BCHF staff and partners to develop local action projects that improve the local build and natural environment.
