New Housing Schemes

BCHF is continuing to develop new homes across Bristol.

During 2011 we will be completing 31 homes in Lockleaze, St George and the City Centre.

These latest projects are:

Copley Gardens, Lockleaze

Built on the site of an old Doctor’s surgery, these 14 flats and houses are the first new homes to be built in Lockleaze for many years. Two of the houses are to be sold for shared ownership. All the homes are designed to lifetime home standards and will achieve a high standard of energy efficiency.  Unfortunately, the first contractor went into liquidation.  However, the good news is that the scheme is now back on track with contractors on site and the homes are scheduled for completion in the Autumn.

2 of the 3 bedroom houses are for sale as shared ownership properties.  For more information and to contact the sales agent please click here.

Stibbs Hill, St George

This former industrial site has become overgrown to the extent that part of the site is now protected as a wildlife area. The remainder will include 13, 2 and 3 bedroom houses. Three of the houses will be for sale on a 50:50 shared ownership basis.

Unfortunately, the first contractor went into liquidation.  However, the good news is that the scheme is now back on track with contractors on site and the homes are scheduled for completion in the Autumn.

3 of the 2 bedroom houses are for sale as shared ownership properties.  For more information and to contact the sales agent please click here.

Great Western Dockyard

This important new development is right next to the SS Great Britain.  BCHF will have 8, 1 bedroom flats, 2 of which will be for shared ownership.  The flats form part of a wider development of over 140 flats developed by Linden Homes.

All 8 of the flats have now been completed with 2 of the flats available for sale for shared ownership. For more information and to contact the sales agent please click here.
