Allpay Payment Swipe Cards

To pay your rent in any way other than in the office you need an ‘allpay’ Payment Swipe Card.  All tenants are given one of these when they move in.  If your Payment Swipe Card is lost, stolen or damaged so that it is unusable please contact your Housing Officer, who will arrange for a new Card to be sent to you.  You can also contact your Housing Officer if you have any queries regarding the Card and its use.

Paying for recharges

You can make a payment for a recharge by any one of the methods above.  If you are making a payment for a recharge we ask that you contact the office to let us know when you make a payment.  This helps us ensure that we allocate the money to the correct account.
