Struggling to pay
Anyone experiencing difficulty in paying rent should contact their Housing Officer as early as possible. You will be able to discuss any problems you may be having and get help and support. A realistic arrears repayment plan will be agreed with you.
Your Housing Officer may refer you to a member of staff who can give you more detailed financial help including budgeting and claiming any benefits you may be entitled to. You may be referred to a specialist advice centre if your situation is very complex but we will follow up any appointments you have and continue to give you support.
