Providing a strong Tenants' Voice
BCHF has a Tenants' Committee comprising representatives from across its developments, nominated by tenants.
Each member stands for a period of one year but may stand again for a further year before standing down. Tenants who have served may stand again after a period of one year has elapsed.

The Tenants' Committee is currently chaired by Mr Ken Hodges.
BCHF Tenants may contact the Tenants' Committee to raise issues in confidence by writing to: BCHF Tenants' Committee, c/o BCHF, 400 Filton Avenue, Horfield, Bristol BS7 0LJ. You can also leave your letter in a dedicated post box located in the BCHF reception area. All envelopes addressed to the Tenants' Committee will only be opened and read by Tenants' Committee members.
