Tenant Services

All tenants sign a Tenancy Agreement with BCHF when they move into their home.

This is an important document which states clearly what is expected of a BCHF tenant and what is the responsibility of BCHF.

The Tenancy Agreement is carefully explained by the Housing Officer when tenants sign for a tenancy.

Housing Management Team

Tenancy Support Worker

Amy Oxenham started work part-time in August, to complement the work of Kate Berry and David Bull, and is able to give extra support to tenants who may need it at any point in their lives, to make sure everyone has the opportunity to maintain their tenancy.  This could involve helping to resolve debt problems, manage finances, finding grants for household furniture and talking through other problems or issues.

Housing Officers

The Housing Officer will be the first point of contact for any housing management issue whether it is about moving into your home, moving to another property, paying rent, claiming housing benefit and other welfare benefits, anti-social behaviour, hate crime, domestic abuse, support in sustaining a tenancy or any other aspect of your tenancy.
