Board membership

The Foundation’s Board sets the organisation’s values and objectives. It is responsible for establishing policies and plans to achieve those objectives.

Membership of the Board is drawn from a balance of tenant members, independent members and local authority representatives. Board members should collectively possess the qualities and skills to take decisions and monitor performance.
