Organisation membership

Membership of the Foundation provides individuals and organisations with the opportunity to influence the management of the organisation. Members have a voice to raise issues and vote at the Annual General Meeting and other General Meetings. Business conducted at the Annual General Meeting includes the election of members to serve on the Board and the approval of the annual accounts. Other matters to be voted on may include changes to the Foundation’s constitution and independence.
