The choice to own

The Foundation recognises that different housing solutions meet needs at different times in people’s lives.  Although the Foundation owns mainly rented properties, some homes are available for people to part rent part buy and BCHF will be building more in the future.  Tenants also have the right to purchase their homes in certain circumstances.
