Service charges

Service charges are levied on properties where tenants have communal responsibility for the upkeep of an area e.g. hallways in blocks of flats. We operate a system of variable service charges. Tenants are charged for the services they want provided on the basis of costs actually incurred. Tenants are consulted about the level of service they require each year.
